Report on Multilevel and Longitudinal Psychometric Models: Latent Variable Models for Analysis of Growth

Authors:
Bengt O. Muthén and Ginger Nelson
This report shows that hierarchical linear models can be estimated using widely available structural modeling software. The results provide a flexible framework for mathematical model explorations, including the use of latent variables purged of the influence of measurement error.
